Terms & Conditions – Hope Coaching 2023

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all orders placed with Hope Coaching 2023 or LC Prints ("we," "us," "our"). By placing an order, you ("the customer," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Orders and Personalisation
1.1 Orders may be placed via our website, email, social media or via the order form.
1.2 Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personalisation details (names, dates, images, logos, text, colours, sizes, etc.) are accurate when submitting their order.
1.3 We do not proofread or check personalisation details. Errors arising from incorrect customer input are not eligible for refunds or reprints.
1.4 We reserve the right to decline any order that we deem offensive, unlawful, or in breach of intellectual property rights.
1.5 Personalised products will not go into production until payment has been made and received.
2. Intellectual Property
2.1 By uploading, submitting, or providing content for personalisation, you confirm that you own the rights to use that content or have obtained all necessary permissions.
2.2 You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the provided content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
2.3 We are not liable for any claims arising from unauthorised use of third-party content supplied by customers.
3. Payment
3.1 Full payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed.
3.2 We accept bank transfer, VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Electron and Maestro card payments.
3.3 Prices are stated in GBP £ and are exclusive of VAT.
4. Production and Delivery
4.1 Production times vary depending on the product and volume of orders. Estimated lead times will be provided but are not guaranteed.
4.2 Delivery dates are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, supply chain issues, or force majeure events.
4.3 Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the products.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
5.1 Personalised products are exempt from standard cancellation and return rights under consumer protection legislation.
5.2 Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
5.3 Refunds or replacements will only be issued where:

the product is faulty or damaged on arrival, or

we have made an error in the personalisation process

5.4 Claims must be made within 5 days of receiving your order, supported by photographs where relevant.
6. Liability
6.1 Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
6.2 We will not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (including loss of profits, reputation, or business opportunities).
6.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
7. Force Majeure
We will not be held liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, or supply shortages.
